Quality Assessments
Unchartered Educational Network reviews schools, districts, and networks to help stakeholders identify the biggest levers of change. This includes the incorporation of a data-driven school improvement process using reflective and diagnostic questions to help administrators identify where they are in their journey to achieve success; including but not limited to providing a high-quality education, and if applicable, whether they are prepared to replicate or expand their program/offerings to serve additional students.
Conducting a Quality Assessments is the process of carrying out a valid and reliable school performance evaluation, with clear criteria, expectations, and processes. Upon completion, Unchartered Educational Network, is able to create or refine original products and/or solutions. These assessments which are defined as valid and reliable, are accompanied by robust professional development, and leadership are provided support to ensure the goals identified are met with strong policy and followthrough.
U.E.N.'s overarching goal is to demonstrate the viability of creating performance assessments with high technical quality at the school and district levels in order to establish a personalized and effective school/district assessment policy. This service is intended to provide stakeholders with a practical how-to manual for producing high quality performance. U.E.N. believes that systemic use of quality assessments will lead to a rigorous educational experience for students, as well as greater equity of access to a variety of opportunities.
